The Le Cupole Agricultural Company embodies the rich tradition of rural life in Salento, featuring characteristic barrel vaults, prized Salento stone, vibrant earth tones, picturesque dry stone walls, and sheltered patios, all set against stunning natural landscapes and breathtaking sunsets.

All this is accompanied by the respect and love for the environment, thanks to the energy of the sun and the people around us.

Acquired in 2001 by Gabriella and Gerardo, Le Cupole was a once-abandoned property now restored to its former glory. Through meticulous agricultural restoration and renovation of existing rural structures, known as Lamie (a variation of Pajara), they've transformed it into a must-visit destination for exploring Salento's beauty.

Each structure has been carefully renovated to preserve traditional forms, using local materials and artisanal techniques. Nestled within seven hectares of organic olive groves, figs, and fruit trees, Le Cupole offers a sustainable and organic farming experience amidst stunning natural surroundings.
